Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is an established company with over 20 years of experience providing top tier service to the Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. communities.

Michael Bonsby HVAC is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead and support our plumbing service operations across Maryland and Virginia. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service activities, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met, and supporting the growth and development of the plumbing service team.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Plumbing Service Technicians

Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency and quality

Ensure all work meets company safety standards, local codes, and customer expectations

Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and customer concerns

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive productivity and profitability

Maintain fleet, tools, and equipment standards across the plumbing service team

Participate in training, meetings, and company events

Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of plumbing technicians

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair best practices

Previous experience managing or leading plumbing service teams

Working knowledge of service management software (Service Titan experience is a plus)

Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A valid driver’s license

Safety must be considered a primary responsibility, with general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and use hands to handle tools and controls

Ability to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and access tight spaces such as crawl spaces when needed

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs

Work environment may vary based on season and scope of work
