Commercial HVAC Installation Technician

Pay $30 - $45 per hours

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic who is knowledgeable in today’s HVAC technologies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial installations, including controls, piping, VRF systems, and package unit replacements. Troubleshooting experience is a plus.

• Install commercial HVAC systems, including refrigerant systems, air distribution systems, and equipment controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Create material lists and ductwork markups from job sites
• Communicate effectively regarding job site conditions and project status
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures
• Identify and document issues that may impact schedules or project completion
• Work independently or collaboratively with a team
• Lead and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC installation experience
• HVAC Journeyman License preferred
• EPA Type II or Universal EPA 608 Certification preferred
• Strong understanding of controls, piping, VRF systems, and package unit replacement
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Availability for start times as early as 4:00 a.m.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must possess personal hand tools and drill for commercial HVAC work
• Valid driver’s license required
