The HVAC Technician will service, maintain, diagnose, repair and replace all types of light commercial HVAC equipment. Refrigeration experience is a plus. Training and advancement are available and encouraged. Starting pay is based on experience and earning potential is nearly unlimited.

Job Qualifications:

• High school graduate and graduate of a post‑secondary HVACR program of at least two years.
• One or more years of successful experience as a commercial service or installation technician.
• Good verbal and reading skills, including ability to read and apply manufacturer instructions and to clearly communicate with customers, suppliers and employees.
• Physical ability to perform all duties under varied conditions and extreme weather.
• Interest and initiative in maintaining and advancing HVACR skills through self‑study, company training, workshops and other professional development.
• Current valid operator’s license and ability to operate all vehicles in the corporate fleet within 30 days of employment; insurable by current insurance carrier.
• Ability to work under time pressure, a non‑standard schedule, weather, customer needs and backlog constraints.

Compensation: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
