HVAC Service Technician

Overview

Colonial Webb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians with strong commercial HVAC experience to join our Gaithersburg, MD team. We are a full-service MEP contractor with over 50 years of delivering solutions to commercial customers.

• Use HVAC skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components.

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
