The Brand Enhancement Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining 7‑Eleven properties using high‑pressure water spray, painting and marking parking lots, and other surfaces to ensure clean and safe navigation. The work orders are both preventative and reactive.

• Inspect surfaces to determine the appropriate washing technique
• Set up and operate power‑washing equipment
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, loose paint and gum from various surfaces
• Apply detergents or cleaning solutions before power washing
• Follow safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on power‑washing equipment
• Operate striping machines, including hand‑held and ride‑on units
• Measure and mark areas for painting using chalk lines or guide marks, including ADA templates
• Apply paint evenly and accurately along pre‑determined patterns
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ADA guidelines
• Maintain striping equipment and perform minor repairs
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques
• Remove graffiti from building and company‑owned structures
• Clean and paint canopies and under‑decking
• Utilize reclamation equipment when required
• Perform light interior and exterior painting as needed
• Maintain general maintenance and image upkeep (lighting, ceiling tiles, wall repair, etc.)
• Ensure ADA signage is compliant and legible
• Make sure work is completed to an acceptable level
• Follow proper uniform guidelines
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
• Maintain company vehicle and schedule maintenance
• Manage assigned inventory of parts and tools, meeting auditing expectations of +/- 1%

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver’s license. 1+ year of relevant experience.
