• Full‑Time, 80 hours bi‑weekly
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and be available on call for after hour emergencies
• $33.00‑$35.80/hour depending on experience.

The Electrician II – Journeyman is responsible for performing all electrical tasks under general supervision. The role requires a Journeyman license, the ability to read blueprints, terminate cables, install and troubleshoot control wiring from drawings, and demonstrate experience beyond that of an electrical apprentice. Additionally, proficiency in rough‑in work is required.

• Install feeders and branch circuits.
• Size wire and conduit.
• Install and terminate switch gear, panel boards, lighting, and devices.
• Install and terminate fire alarm systems equipment/devices.
• Perform layout and preparation for installation.
• Complete underground layout and rough‑in.
• Troubleshoot motors and controls.
• Mentor and train apprentice electricians.
• Fully comprehend electrical theory and the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• May be required to fill in as needed in other positions at the direction of the manager or director.

• 5 years’ experience electrical experience in health care, extended care, multifamily dwellings, or similar facilities, is required.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including high‑voltage systems
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must hold Montgomery County Journeyman’s License.
