Industrial Electrician

Outokumpu is on the lookout for experienced Industrial Electricians to become part of our dynamic and growing team in Calvert, North Mobile County Alabama.

• 3 years of experience as industrial/manufacturing electrician
• I/E Degree preferred
• knowledge of VFDs, motors and motor control, instrumentation, PLC systems (ABB, Siemens, P80i) preferred
• ability to read electrical drawings
• conduit installation
• use of Voltmeter, Hart communicator, Scope.

Responsibilities include maintaining electrical performance and operation of equipment in Cold Rolling Works, power distribution, preventive maintenance, assembling and maintaining control systems, troubleshooting, SAP logging, supporting operations, implementing best practices, safety/environmental compliance, and other duties.

Physical requirements include PPE usage, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating powered industrial vehicles and overhead cranes.

Salary: USD 35.13/hr.
