We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team, servicing the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and install systems across a range of commercial properties.

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Maintain heating and cooling equipment
• Install HVAC systems

• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
• Familiarity with EPA regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus

• Must be committed to working full-time hours
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to relocate a 10 ft ladder without assistance
• Must be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, and reach overhead to perform work duties

Wage Rate: $20-$30/hour
