Job Description

Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting‑edge technologies. The Microservices Developer will be responsible for:

• Writing Java Spring Boot based microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies
• Utilizing Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, and S3
• Building REST services with Spring that can filter and select complex data objects
• Implementing CI/CD principles using Maven, Git Lab, and Git Ops
• Building with Agile development and delivery of software
• Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI within the last 5 years)
• 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 10 years with a master’s degree
• Experience with AWS tool suite such as OSS, Dynamo
  
  DB, Lambdas, and Cloud Watch
• U.S. citizenship and appropriate security clearance (e.g., Active TS/SCI with customer‑appropriate polygraph)

• Java, Spring Boot, or Python
• Microservice architectures
• CI/CD tools: AWS tools, Maven, Git Lab & Git Ops;
  Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible

$240,000 – $250,000 (Annually)

Annual compensation figures are a general guideline and are not guaranteed. Compensation may vary based on factors such as government contract rates, education, relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

• Company automatically contributes an additional 12% of gross compensation to a 401(k) plan with no matching required; contributions are fully vested from day one.
