Cyber – Lockheed Martin.
Responsibilities- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
- Debug existing software and correct defects.
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
- Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
- Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components.
- Write or review software and system documentation.
- Analyze system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers, analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes, and investigate problem areas.
- Serve as team lead at the appropriate level for the software development process used on any particular project.
- Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.
- Design, develop and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
- Design or implement complex database or data‑repository interfaces/queries.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 9 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 5 years.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript frameworks (React), Git Lab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, and modern data stores (No
SQL, relational, object).
- Familiarity with Spring, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Swagger, AWS managed services, system requirements decomposition, release planning, CI/CD, test frameworks and automation, Agile methodology, and FOSS & GOTS.
- One year of full‑stack development experience (front‑end, API, and backing data stores). Demonstrated work experience with Spring Boot microservices, 12‑Factor applications, serialization (JSON and/or BSON), and CI/CD pipelines.
TS/SCI w/Poly SP.
Compensation and BenefitsAnnual base salary range: $150,800 – $265,880 (California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC).
