Captivation Software is looking for an experienced Java developer to fill an opening on a small, mission‑focused team.

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph; all candidates must be a U.S. citizen.

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.

• Experience with front‑end UI solutions in Angular/Type Script.
• Willingness to work limited‑scope UI tasks.

• Annual Salary: $130,000 – $270,000 depending on years of experience.
• Up to 20% 401(k) contribution (no matching required, vesting from Day
  1).
• Above Market Hourly Rates.
• $3,600 HSA Contribution.
• Company‑paid Employee Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability, AD&D.
