** As a Driver, you will deliver equipment in a safe, timely, efficient, and courteous manner. This position does not require a CDL driver's license.
*
* What you’ll do:

*** Drop off and pick up equipment for customers
* Operate heavy construction equipment such as manual transmission semi-trucks and trailers ("rollbacks" or dovetails") consistent with DOT classification CDL-B
* Maintain a driver log
* Suggest additional equipment and supplies as customers may need
* Operate boom trucks and cranes in accordance with manufacturer specifications
* Other duties as assigned
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid and clean driver's license
* Superior customer service skills
* Diligent attention to safety and safe driving procedures
* Basic knowledge of construction equipment
* Frequent lifting of items up to 45 pounds

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals’ policies and procedures.
