The Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist will focus primarily on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, while supporting basic reconciliations and month-end activities.
Key contributions include:
- Processing AP and AR transactions accurately and on time
- Supporting general ledger activity and basic reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end close tasks and reporting preparation
- Maintaining organized, compliant financial records
- Serving as a reliable accounting partner to internal teams
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, values structure and consistency.
What You Bring- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or accounting clerk roles
- Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Basic understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Comfortable working in a small-team, manufacturing, or small-business environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated by accuracy and consistency
