• Employment:
  Physician Group Employed Position (hospital employed); a Duke Lifepoint Hospital
• Expectations:
  In office care consist of 20-25 patients per day with 40-50 new patients a month. Traditional model includes outpatient clinic, newborn nursery, minimal inpatient and delivery care
• Current Practice Structure:
  Physicians, APPs, clerical staff, LPNs, Lactation Consultant, Office Manager
• Schedule:
  
  Standard office hours with flexible day options to extend hours for 4-5 days per week. Shared call 10 days minimum with one weekend per month
• Location:
  
  Office located less than a mile from hospital. Service area includes Galax and surrounding counties
• Equipment and Services:
  In office lab for rapid test and CBCs, Lactation Consulting
