The BH Tech provides direct patient care under nursing supervision, maintains safety, and supports a therapeutic environment for behavioral health patients.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; BLS and Handle with Care within 45 days; CNA licenses are preferred; prior behavioral health experience is valued.
