HowYou’ll Contribute
- Oversee, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment. Prioritize and schedule work in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Diagnose, repair, install, rebuild, and replace mechanical and geothermal equipment—including motors, bearings, heat exchangers, compressors, valves, and climate‑control units—and inspect and ensure safe operation of boilers, rooftop units, air handlers, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor safety practices and perform inspections.
- Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC Certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Associate degree or formal vocational/technical trade training (preferred).
Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) is located in Galax, Virginia, the center of the Twin Counties of Grayson and Carroll in Southwest Virginia. TCRH is a 141‑bed facility that includes acute care, ambulatory care and emergency services. It serves a largely Medicare population and the broader community of approximately 60,000 residents within a 100‑mile radius.
