Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Schedule:

Full Time, Nights, rotating weekends.

As a Registered Nurse on the Medical‑Surgical team, you will play a vital role in making communities healthier. • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.

• Registered nurse with a current VA or compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS & ASLS preferred.
