Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health - Night Shift

Sign on Bonus: up to $20,000

You will provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a 12‑bed acute behavioral health unit. This role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments

• Current VA or compact RN license
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• Handle with Care required within 6 months
• Preferred: ACLS, PALS & ASLS certification
• Preferred:
  One year of med/surg or behavioral health experience
