Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Galax Family Care Clinic – Twin County Regional Healthcare

• Provide quality nursing care to patients and perform functions delegated by the center’s head nurse.
• Follow HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, orders, reports, films, and requisitions.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service through professional attitude and actions consistent with the organization’s values.

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current valid VA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire (or prior to completion of orientation if shorter).

Hourly Range: $19.03–$24.40
