Life Center of Galax Hillsville is seeking an experienced LPN for day shift (7a-7p) or night shift (7p-7a) to join our Hillsville Life Center of Galax team. The role provides nursing care within scope of practice and a strong focus on patient safety.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active LPN/LVN license; CPR and de-escalation/ restraint training are required. A $20k sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.
