Critical ingredients:

• Be at least 18 years old, with a GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Possess basic math and solid problem-solving skills.
• Nights and weekends are busy, so you'll need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts.
• Be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• While not required, Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification is preferred.
• A bonus would be previous restaurant shift lead or management experience.
