JobOverview
RSRs immerse themselves in significant connections with our customers, building new and deepening existing relationships. They uncover customer needs and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role; new associates work with their team and proactively build skills and proficiencies, completing new employee training.
Job Responsibilities- Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world‑class experience and building loyalty.
- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Consistently use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate network quality and plan benefits.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and knowledge of systems.
- Maximize time on shift, seeking information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless technology.
- Handle cash and perform store operations as needed.
- Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and hand off small‑business leads.
- Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
- Passionate customer advocate who connects authentically and enjoys the experience.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
