Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical repair;
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively;
Follow preventive maintenance schedule and complete reports as requested;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system, test generators, extinguishers and lighting;
Inspect and maintain plumbing system and fixtures, repair or refinish furniture as needed
