Family Coach – Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Motivate clients toward positive change through one-on-one life skills coaching.
• Teach coping skills and anger management techniques.
• Set a positive example.
• Complete daily documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Safely transport clients.
• Be flexible and adapt to changes.

• Experience with at-risk youth/adolescents is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to pass background check & TB screen.
• Team player, organized, and a self-starter.
• Willingness to transport clients.
• Available for afternoon/evening hours.
• Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Services field (Social Work, Psych, Counseling, etc.).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.

Demonstrates expertise in life skills coaching, focusing on motivating clients and teaching coping skills. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to teamwork and flexibility in adapting to client needs.
