Family Coach

Responsibilities

• Motivate clients toward positive change through one-on-one life skills coaching.
• Teach coping skills and anger management techniques.
• Set a positive example.
• Complete daily documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Safely transport clients.
• Be flexible and adapt to changes.

• Experience with at-risk youth/adolescents is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to pass background check & TB screen.
• Team player, organized, and a self-starter.
• Willingness to transport clients.
• Available for afternoon/evening hours.
• Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Services field (Social Work, Psych, Counseling, etc.).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.

Demonstrates expertise in life skills coaching, particularly with at-risk youth, while effectively teaching coping skills and anger management techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for motivating clients and collaborating with team members.
