Expected pay for this position is $23.35 - $27.48/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

This job is located in Galesburg, IL

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position ensures that medical students, residents, and fellows acquired through a Graduate Medical Education (GME) program and/or newly appointed staff physicians are successfully on‑boarded and oriented to the Medical Center, as well as assists with planning, implementation and evaluation of CME activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years’ experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
• Experience: Working knowledge of accreditation guidelines and processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Associate Degree
• Experience: Knowledge of Medical Staffing Office
• Experience: Working MSOW Credentialing Database Knowledge of Perfect Serve Communications/marketing experience 3 years’ experience working in GME/Residency
