Radiation Oncology Locum - Illinois Work Dates Needed:

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8a-430p 2 weeks of coverage needed in Jun F/T coverage needed Jul-Oct No Call / No Weekends Worksite Setting:
Outpatient Scope of Work:
Responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up. Responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment. Avg 25-30 ppd Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, follow up or consult.
Solo coverage Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
Active IL license required, BC, DEA, BLS, CSR, EMR:
