Come Join Bridgeway! The Janitorial Associate is responsible for providing general housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and painting for Bridgeway facilities, residences, community residences, and community businesses and organizations.

• Perform job tasks required for janitorial service contracts as identified by a supervisor and provide quality and timely cleaning service for customers.
• Follow safety rules and precautions regarding handling, operation, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Complete job requirements in a safe manner for the well‑being of oneself, co‑workers, and others not employed in the Janitorial Business who are in the areas being cleaned.
• Assist with the transport of equipment and supplies, minor equipment repairs as needed, and cleaning of equipment.
• Represent Bridgeway in a positive, professional manner and maintain confidentiality of coworkers.

High school Diploma or GED preferred. No prior experience or training required. Employment is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
