Shifts Available- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Third Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Competitive base wage:
Up to $34/hour - $2/hour bonus for no call-ins

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality patient care, support resident well‑being, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents with varying healthcare needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident progress and report changes or concerns to Registered Nurses and physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Illinois
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing dignified and compassionate care to residents and their families
