Allure of Lake Storey is seeking a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. The RN provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans

• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Complete incident and accident reports as required

• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, suctioning, and IV site care

• Ensure resident privacy, dignity, and HIPAA compliance

• Promote a calm, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current, unencumbered Illinois RN license

• CPR Certification required

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations

• Long-term care experience preferred
