We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our growing team!

• Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM +$0.75/hour shift differential

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM +$1.00/hour shift differential

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

• Receive and transcribe physician orders

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to physicians

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and quality of care

• Wound care and dressing changes

• Tube feedings

• Catheter care

• Suctioning

• Colostomy and drainage care

• Range of motion assistance

• End-of-life care

• Current Illinois RN or LPN License in good standing

• CPR Certification required

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to make sound clinical decisions
