What will you do in this role?As an LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. You are responsible for resident care and the direction of nursing care during your assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

- Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
