Allure is looking for CNAs for our Allure Float Pool
$25/HR
PRN / Full-Time / Part-Time
Up to 12-hour shifts available

At Allure, the focus is on providing quality care and fostering a family environment. We aim to be a family to our residents, their families, and our staff, working together to deliver the highest quality of care.
Allure values its employees and recognizes their hard work and dedication. Starting September 1st, the facility will renovate its employee breakroom, which will feature free snacks and drinks, a flat-screen TV, gaming system, ping pong table, and comfortable seating. Employees will also receive one free meal per day. Monthly events for staff will also be organized.
We are seeking compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants eager to make a difference in residents' lives. Responsibilities include assisting residents with basic tasks, responding promptly to calls for help, encouraging participation in activities, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting residents' well-being.
- Assist residents with eating, dressing, toileting, and showering
- Respond to call lights and notify nurses of any changes in condition
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and maintain physical strength
- Replace linens and assist with room cleanliness
- Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Tuition reimbursement available
