Registered Nurse, RN

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
• Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
• Provide resident care and direct nursing care during the assigned shift
• Make staff assignments
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel
• Work with physicians and other medical professionals

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred

Demonstrates expertise in delivering efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Proficient in mentoring nursing personnel and collaborating with medical professionals within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act.
