Job Summary:
Allure of Galesburg is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allure of Galesburg, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve in a skilled nursing environment. Our supportive, team-oriented environment values your skills and encourages your growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
- Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
- LPN: $34/hour
- RN: $39/hour
- Additional bonus for no call-ins
- Additional bonuses for picking up extra shifts
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
