Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 hourly
Responsibilities- Knowledgeable on property safety and layouts
- Know what not to wash
- Familiar with tunnel equipment
- Greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel
- Safely guide and load each vehicle per size
- Use bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for wash process
- Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate
- Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash
- Make key adjustments to car wash equipment
- Know E-Stop locations
- Handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely
- Responsible for vacuum service process
- Participate in the nightly close down checklist
- Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service
- Know the 3 single wash packages
- Inform all retail guests about memberships
- Able to present the difference offered by the company
- Train new team members on approved training modules
- Aid in member visit success rate through license plate recognition/RFID sticker reads
- Communicate key vehicle information and equipment retractions to crew
- Observe vacuum area for guest satisfaction
- Know membership management processes
- Speak fluidly in the LEAP conflict resolution process
- Complete daily shift report to document shift performance
- Maintain a clean, organized car wash facility
- Learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership
- Safely use ladders and engage e-stop while cleaning
- Learn backroom safety and equipment knowledge
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
- Follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals
- Assist in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trash cans, and lot
- Work in all weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, rain, snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Remain on your feet 100% of the day, including outside work
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and team meetings
- Assist with landscaping, weed control, and lot maintenance
- Perform any other duties directed by leadership
