What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services that may meet their needs
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present the employer's communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
  • Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must have a proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training is required
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales or customer service in a telecommunications environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
