Gas Troubleman Journeyman

Minimum Qualifications

• Journeyman – High school diploma or equivalent
• Must obtain and retain a valid driver’s license and a CDL
• Must have completed Gas Apprenticeship
• Must successfully complete a high school diploma or equivalent certification, CAST test, Gas Evaluations, Behavioral Interview, DOT physical, drug screen, and driver qualifications
• Must be able to obtain a CDL and become respirator qualified
• Welding, pipe fitting, HVAC and/or excavating equipment operation experience preferred
• Must be able to work with the public and be readily available for shift work and overtime
• Must pass the Construction and Skilled Trades (CAST) test
• Successful completion of Gas Evaluations
• Must live within 25 miles of the service center or be willing to relocate within 25 miles at own expense
• Position is covered by the IBEW bargaining agreement

Hourly Pay:
Grade Step BC 045 Step 1 of 1 (Top Step) - 48.17 USD. Position is eligible for annual incentive payments based on company performance and subject to sole management discretion. Visit our Benefits & Perks Page for more information on benefits provided to regular full-time employees.
