Registered Nurse – ICU

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

Provide advanced critical care nursing in an ICU setting, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care across multiple campuses. Flexibility to float between facilities and adapt to varied patient needs is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care to critically ill patients following established protocols.
• Float to different campuses as needed, maintaining operational staffing levels and patient safety standards.
• Accurately document patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration in electronic health records.
• Respond swiftly to on-call requirements, arriving within one hour when called.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth transitions.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including medication scanning, infection control, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Possess a valid state nursing license; pending licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate travel experience; no first-time travelers are considered.
• Hold BLS and ACLS certifications; knowledge of medication scanning required.
• Be willing to work 3x12 hour day shifts and provide coverage during scheduled or on-call shifts.
• Be able to float across multiple campuses, including Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion.
