General Retail Associate

We're always looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our retail team. Depending on the opportunities available, you may work in customer-facing positions or behind-the-scenes operational roles depending on your interests, experience, and our current business needs.

Whether you enjoy helping customers, organizing merchandise, processing donations, or working behind the scenes to prepare products for sale, there's a place for you on our team.

• Greet and assist customers and donors.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Support daily store operations.
• Greet and assist customers and donors.
• Sort and inspect donated merchandise.
• Process clothing, household goods, and miscellaneous items.
• Price and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Organize inventory and maintain production areas.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations.

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
• Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
