A growing, nationally recognized manufacturing and distribution organization is adding a Principal Accountant to its corporate accounting team. This role will own key areas of the general ledger and play a major part in strengthening financial reporting and close processes as the company continues to scale.
What You'll Do- Lead core GL activities including accruals, reconciliations, and close support
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and analyze account activity
- Partner with leadership on reporting, audits, and technical accounting matters
- Support ERP optimization and process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data
- 4-8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GL, month-end close, and reconciliation background
- CPA or CPA-track highly preferred
- ERP experience (Net Suite a plus)
- Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-moving environment
