My client, a booming, dynamic organization in business for over 45 years, is seeking a Staff to join its team. This company is experiencing high growth. Salary is up to $80,000. Located in Gallatin.

Overview of Staff Accountant Role:

• The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Support fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Verify and distribute financial reports.
• Close the books for owner’s private entities.
• Act as backup for cash application.

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Accounting experience including understanding GAAP and revenue recognition
• Net Suite experience is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Gallatin for 90 days, then hybrid.
