In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable- Manage accounts payable functions using accounting software
- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
- Review invoices against statements to verify accuracy
- Ensure proper coding and posting of expenses
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly vendor payments
- Perform account maintenance, transaction processing, and reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Reconcile prepaid expenses and accrual accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support inventory tracking for Food & Beverage, Pro Shop, and special orders
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of accounting or accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
