Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
We are hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner closely with executive leadership and help drive data‑backed decisions across the business. This role reports directly to the SVP of FP&A and will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, strategic modeling, and executive reporting.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building models, analyzing trends, and translating financial data into clear business insights that leadership can act on.
What You'll Do- Own and support budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and long‑range financial models
- Analyze performance, identify trends, and explain variances across departments and initiatives
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives
- Prepare executive‑level materials for the CFO and senior leadership, including board and investor decks
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to evaluate ROI, improve performance, and drive efficiency
- Support M&A activity, including financial analysis and post‑acquisition integration tracking
- Improve FP&A processes, tools, and dashboards to increase accuracy, speed, and usability
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support decision making in a fast‑moving environment
- 4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and presenting financial insights clearly
- Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions using data
- SQL experience and comfort working with large datasets and dashboards (Tableau or similar)
- Franchise or multi‑unit business experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
- High visibility with senior leadership
- Meaningful ownership and impact on key business decisions
