Salary up to $175,000 + 20% Bonus Potential

We’re partnering with a long‑standing client to identify their next Director of Financial Operations, a pivotal leader who will guide financial operations and partner closely with executives and department leaders. This is a hands‑on role responsible for overseeing daily financial functions, shaping long‑term strategy, and presenting key financial insights to senior leadership and ownership. This position is fully onsite in Sumner County.

What You’ll Do as the Director of Financial Operations:
- You will play a critical role in both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term financial planning
- Lead all core financial functions including budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, reporting, and financial presentations
- Manage a small team responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations for executive leadership and ownership groups
- Oversee payroll, month‑end close, capital project spending, and related financial activities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth

Requirements of the Director of Financial Operations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate financial insights to executives
- Hands‑on operational approach with a strategic mindset
- Experience managing financial teams or functions within fast‑paced, service‑oriented environments
