Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing processes, designing, and implementing new systems, and ensuring their smooth operation. Working closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, you will contribute to the achievement of project goals, timelines, and quality standards. • Analyze business needs and processes:
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders and gather requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in existing systems.
  • Define functional and technical requirements for new or revised systems.
• Design and develop system solutions:
  • Develop system specifications outlining functionalities, features, and integrations.
  • Work collaboratively with application developers and other IT professionals to design and implement solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Implement and test solutions:
  • Develop and implement testing plans to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Oversee the deployment of new systems and provide user training.
• Post-implementation support:
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues encountered by users.
  • Document system processes, functionalities, and user guides.
• Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends and inform system improvements.
  • Contributing to maintaining system security by adhering to best practices and security protocols.
  • Work with data visualization tools and collaborating with business users to understand their reporting needs.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Project Management)
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, or related title
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience with database management preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Service Bus preferred.
• Experience with Bitbucket, CI/C pipelines preferred.
• Experience with coding languages preferred.
