Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead for a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–1:30 AM shift in Gallatin, TN. You will safely maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment while overseeing a team of technicians.
The role involves scheduling work, coaching, mentoring, and identifying training opportunities to improve the department's skills. Overtime is possible as needed.
