Your Competitive Edge

Base pay of $30.00–$55.00 per hour, paid bi‑weekly. Overtime pay for all hours worked over 40. A shift premium of $6.00 per hour applies to second‑shift assignments. A travel premium of $2.00 per hour applies to AOG assignments. This position is classified as FLSA Non‑Exempt.

Where You Make Your Mark

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician serves as a critical technical resource within Jet Access's maintenance operations, performing expert‑level inspections, repairs, and maintenance across a diverse fleet of jet, turboprop, and piston aircraft. This role upholds the highest standards of airworthiness and FAA regulatory compliance, directly protecting the safety of every client and crew member who relies on Jet Access.

Advanced Maintenance and System Repairs
  • Perform intermediate and heavy maintenance tasks independently on airframe, power plant, and propeller systems across a diverse fleet of aircraft types.
  • Execute turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run‑ups with precision and strict adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive airframe system and component changes, ensuring thorough systems checkout following each procedure.
  • Install service bulletins and modification kits on airframes and engines in full compliance with manufacturer requirements.
  • Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access's continued growth and success.
Technical Analysis and Documentation
  • Interpret complex technical manuals, engineering drawings, and blueprints to guide maintenance procedures accurately and safely.
  • Complete all aircraft manufacturer scheduled maintenance items with meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Sign off on accomplished work, including troubleshooting and deferred maintenance items, with proper documentation in accordance with FAA requirements.
  • Build accurate client invoices using labor calculations, purchase orders, and parts markup calculations.
  • Ensure proper recording of all maintenance tasks on company documents and regulatory compliance forms.
