Wil-Ro, Inc. is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and experienced individual to join our growing organization. We are looking for someone who is interested in working flexible hours. Nights, weekends, or on an as needed basis is available.

• Production painting in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with different types of paint, including single-stage urethane paint
• Knowledge of bodywork and prep experience
• Wet sanding and buffing experience
• Understanding of the following application systems: gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner
• Detail-oriented and a focus on quality
• Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines
• Comfortable working in high-heat environments
• Cleanliness of workspace and equipment

• Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.
• Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements.

• Pay based on experience.
