Beretta U.S.A.is currently looking for a dynamic Material Handler in Gallatin, TN.

The primary objective of the Material handler is toensure the timely movement of product to meet demand schedules. The Material Handler must assist in coordinating and monitoring work order completion throughout the factory and ensure material is moved to where needed in a timely manner. The Material Handler is also responsible for supporting the Receiving and Shipping docks in a backup capacity when warranted.

• Monitor work orders for finished goods and components throughout manufacturing in support ofthe Master Production Schedule.
  
  Expedite as required.
• Support replenishing of Kanban bins per standard work.
  
  Communicate any shortages.
• Pull statistical samples from receipts requiring receiving inspection.
  
  Communicate in regard to rejections and moveall material to the designated quality hold area.
• Conduct cycle count inventories of components in all manufacturing areas as assigned.
  
  Investigate causes of discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions are performed in the ERP system.
• Pick, packand ship aftermarket orders for Gallatin operations.
• Assist withother projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  
  Support the dock operators for absences orhigh workloads.
• Maintains aclean and safe work station.

Work is performed in an industrial environment. Requiresability to lift and transport 40 lbs.

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Computer skills, basic understanding of input and usage.
  
  Experience with an ERP system.
• Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

High school diploma.
